The TSM-NE21 is built on Trina Solar's patented i-TOPCon (innovative Tunnel Oxide Passivating Contact) technology, which delivers continuous efficiency improvement through three key innovations: contact resistance reduction, rear reflection enhancement, and edge quality repair. These proprietary advances push module efficiency up to 23.3% on the 210mm wafer platform — one of the highest in the large-format backsheet monocrystalline class. N-type cells eliminate boron-oxygen LID, ensuring first-year degradation ≤ 1% and annual degradation ≤ 0.4%.

The TSM-NE21 delivers up to 725W on the 210 innovative platform with a low-voltage, high-string-power design that effectively reduces BOS (Balance of System) and LCOE (Levelised Cost of Energy) by 2–6% compared with conventional technology. The standardised 2384×1303×33mm module size maximises container space utilisation, significantly lowering freight costs per Wp. With 33 modules per box and 594 modules per 40' container, logistics efficiency is optimised for large-scale procurement.

High Reliability — Non-Destructive Cutting & Half-Cut

The module uses innovative non-destructive cutting technology with high-density packaging to minimise micro-cracks — a leading cause of long-term power degradation in conventional modules. Half-cut cell technology reduces the risk of hot-spots by splitting the module into two independent electrical circuits, ensuring that shading or damage to one half does not affect the other. The module is certified for high resistance against salt mist (IEC61701), ammonia (IEC62716), sand, PID, LID, and LeTID — suitable for harsh environments and extreme weather conditions.

The TSM-NE21 delivers a temperature coefficient of Pmax at −0.29%/°C — better than standard P-type PERC modules (−0.35%/°C) — generating more energy on hot days in warm climates.
