The PowerPlant 230 PLUS integrates a 5kW variable-frequency liquid cooling system that maintains a temperature difference of ≤3°C across all cells within the cabinet — compared to >5°C for air-cooled systems. This tight thermal uniformity is the primary driver of the 8000+ cycle life rating, as cell degradation accelerates sharply with temperature non-uniformity. The liquid cooling system consumes 2–3× less energy than equivalent air-cooled systems, has no rotating parts for longer service life, and can rapidly suppress early-stage thermal runaway by redistributing heat via high-flow coolant before propagation occurs. EMS integration allows the cooling system to optimise cell operating temperature in real time, extending battery lifespan by an estimated 30%.
4-Layer Fire Protection
Fire safety is addressed at four independent layers. At cell level, single-cell independent insulation prevents heat spread after thermal runaway. At pack level, two options are available: thermal sensing with aerosol suppression, or composite detection with perfluoroketone vaporisation for fixed-point injection. At cabinet level, aerosol + composite detection or perfluorohexane submerged spraying provides full-volume suppression. Between cabinets, special high-temperature-resistant insulation materials and a 1.5-hour fire resistance test prevent large-scale fire spread. This architecture meets UL9540A level heat release and heat spread requirements, and is compatible with UL1973 battery system certification.
IP54 · Factory Pre-Assembled
The PowerPlant 230 PLUS is a fully integrated outdoor cabinet (IP54, pack IP67) that arrives factory pre-assembled and tested — reducing on-site installation time to a fraction of a container-based system. The modular high-energy-density design saves 50% of floor space compared to equivalent container solutions, making it suitable for rooftop, car park, and constrained urban sites. Full container transportation enables delivery to any site accessible by standard freight. The built-in PCS, MPPT module, STS, isolation transformer, liquid cooling pack, and BMS are all integrated in a single 1612×1350×2300mm cabinet weighing approximately 3 tonnes.

The PowerPlant 230 PLUS connects to a cloud platform for full lifecycle monitoring and management, with mobile app and computer web remote monitoring, and a local HMI touch interface for on-site commissioning and operation. Communication interfaces include CAN, RS485, and Ethernet, with compatibility for mainstream PCS brands and support for customised communication matching. The two-level BMS architecture (pack level + cabinet level) provides multi-level protection with multiple detection linkage. Customisable operating parameters allow the system to be configured for peak shaving, green energy consumption, dynamic capacity expansion, or electric auxiliary applications.
