A fully engineered 400kW commercial grid-connected photovoltaic system — doubling the capacity of a standard 200kW installation while sharing the same proven architecture of string inverters, AC combiner, revenue metering, and cloud monitoring.
400kW AC Output
The system deploys multiple commercial string inverters totalling 400kW of AC output, connected through an AC combiner panel to the utility grid via a main breaker and revenue-grade metering point. Each string inverter operates with independent MPPT tracking, ensuring maximum power extraction from every PV string regardless of partial shading or module mismatch. The modular layout means any single inverter can be serviced without shutting down the rest of the array — maximising uptime for large commercial sites.
≈ 440kWp Array
The array uses Grade-A bifacial N-type TOPCon or HJT modules with module efficiency exceeding 22%, delivering approximately 480,000–560,000 kWh of clean electricity per year depending on location and irradiance. Bifacial modules capture reflected light from the rear surface, adding 5–15% additional yield on light-coloured rooftops or ground-mount installations. Each module carries a 25-year linear power output warranty, ensuring long-term generation performance throughout the project lifetime.
Grid-Ready
All inverter AC outputs feed into a centralised AC combiner panel equipped with circuit breakers, surge protection devices (SPDs), and an integrated revenue-grade bidirectional energy meter. The meter records generation data for feed-in tariff billing and provides real-time import/export monitoring. Grid protection relays ensure automatic disconnection under abnormal voltage or frequency conditions, meeting local grid connection standards including IEEE 1547, AS/NZS 4777, and EN 50549.
Smart Monitoring
Every inverter connects to a cloud-based monitoring platform via Wi-Fi, 4G, or Ethernet, providing real-time visibility of string-level power output, inverter status, energy yield, and CO₂ savings. Automated fault alerts notify the O&M team by SMS or email within minutes of any anomaly. The platform generates daily, monthly, and annual performance reports, and supports remote parameter adjustment and firmware updates — minimising on-site service visits and maximising system uptime across the full 400kW installation.
