LFP Cells — 8,000 Cycles @ 80% DoD

Grade-A LFP prismatic cells (3.2V / 314Ah) with electrical compartment isolation deliver 8,000 charge-discharge cycles at 80% depth of discharge (25°C, 0.5C/0.5C, 70% end-of-life capacity). The 3-level BMS with smart thermal control and active equalization ensures uniform cell ageing across all strings, maximising usable energy throughput and extending calendar life well beyond 20 years.

Prefab Container — Modular & Expandable

The all-in-one prefabricated container integrates battery racks, PCS, BMS, EMS, thermal management, and fire suppression into a single IP54-rated enclosure. The 500 kW model ships in a 20ft container (6,058 × 2,438 × 2,591 mm, 21 t); the 1 MW model uses a 40ft container (12,192 × 2,438 × 2,591 mm, 38 t). Both are factory-tested and ready for rapid site deployment — multiple units can be paralleled for seamless capacity expansion.

Multi I/O, Multi-Mode EMS with Auto Switching

The integrated EMS supports multiple operating modes — peak shaving, self-consumption, backup power, frequency regulation, and demand response — with automatic mode switching based on grid conditions and tariff schedules. RS485 and TCP/IP communication interfaces enable seamless integration with SCADA, building management systems, and cloud platforms. Data analytics provide real-time and historical performance reporting for optimised dispatch strategies.

On/Off-Grid Switching in Under 20 ms

The built-in isolation transformer (315/400 Vac) and fast transfer switch enable seamless on/off-grid switching in under 20 ms — ensuring zero-interruption power supply for critical loads during grid outages. With 110% continuous overload capacity and 120% for 1 minute, the system handles inrush currents from motor starts and other demanding industrial loads without tripping. PV input up to 825 kW (500 kW model) or 1,650 kW (1 MW model) is supported via 1,000 Vdc MPPT.
