A high-efficiency 430–445W N-type monocrystalline bifacial solar panel featuring BB (busbarless) cell technology, half-cut design, and up to 20.45% module efficiency — engineered for residential, C&I rooftop, and ground-mount applications.
BB Busbarless
The DHN-54X16(BB) uses advanced busbarless (BB) cell interconnection with 16 ultra-thin wires replacing conventional busbars. This eliminates busbar shading losses, reduces cell-to-module (CTM) power loss, and improves current collection uniformity across the entire cell surface. The result is a higher fill factor, lower series resistance, and better performance under low-light and high-temperature conditions compared to standard multi-busbar modules.
Up to 20.45% Efficiency
N-type monocrystalline silicon cells deliver superior efficiency (up to 20.45% at 445W) and significantly lower light-induced degradation (LID) compared to P-type cells. The bifacial design captures reflected irradiance from the rear surface, adding 5–15% additional energy yield on suitable installations. Half-cut cell technology reduces resistive losses and improves shade tolerance — if the lower half of the module is shaded, the upper half continues generating at full power.
-0.29%/°C Pmax
The N-type cell architecture delivers a best-in-class temperature coefficient of Pmax at −0.29%/°C — significantly better than standard P-type PERC modules (typically −0.35%/°C). This means the DHN-54X16(BB) loses less power on hot summer days, generating more energy over the full year in warm climates. Combined with superior low-light response, the module outperforms conventional panels in the morning, evening, and overcast conditions.
30-Year Warranty
The module is certified to withstand 2,400 Pa wind load and 5,400 Pa snow load, and passes IEC 61215 and IEC 61730 reliability testing including damp heat, thermal cycling, and UV exposure. DAH Solar backs the DHN-54X16(BB) with a 12-year product warranty and a 30-year linear power output warranty — guaranteeing ≥ 87.4% of rated power at year 30, with a first-year degradation of ≤ 1% and annual degradation of ≤ 0.4% thereafter.
All electrical parameters measured at Standard Test Conditions (STC): irradiance 1,000 W/m², cell temperature 25°C, AM 1.5G spectrum.

16 ultra-thin wires replace conventional busbars, eliminating shading losses and improving current collection uniformity for higher fill factor and lower series resistance.
N-type cells deliver ≤ 1% first-year degradation and ≤ 0.4%/year thereafter — significantly lower than P-type PERC, ensuring more energy over the 30-year project lifetime.
Transparent back glass captures reflected irradiance from the rear surface, adding 5–15% additional energy yield on ground-mount and light-coloured rooftop installations.
Half-cut cell design splits the module into two independent halves — partial shading of one half does not affect the other, reducing mismatch losses in real-world conditions.
Best-in-class temperature coefficient means less power loss on hot days compared to standard P-type modules (−0.35%/°C), delivering more energy in warm climates.
IP68-rated junction box with 3 bypass diodes and MC4-compatible connectors ensures long-term weatherproofing and safe operation in all outdoor environments.
