Hyper-ion Series — RSM132-8-720-740BHDG (HJT 720–740W)

The Hyper-ion series uses n-type HJT (Heterojunction) cells with Risen's proprietary 0BB (zero busbar) and ultra-thin cell technology — the first manufacturer to mass-produce both. HJT cells combine amorphous silicon passivation layers with crystalline silicon, achieving 23.8% module efficiency and an outstanding temperature coefficient of −0.24%/°C. The bifacial factor of 85%±10% and up to 30% rear-side gain significantly reduce LCOE. First-year degradation ≤ 1%, with ≥ 90% power retention over 30 years and an industry-leading carbon footprint below 376.5 kg CO₂eq/kWc.

TOPCon Series — RSM132-11-605-630BNDG (N-Type 605–630W)

The large-format TOPCon series uses n-type TOPCon cells with SMBB technology, high-density encapsulation, and non-destructive cutting — delivering 23.3% module efficiency at 630W in a 2382×1134×30mm format. N-type cells eliminate boron-oxygen LID, ensuring first-year degradation ≤ 1% and annual degradation ≤ 0.3% (TOPCon series). The module is optimised for tracker systems with increased packing density, lower logistics costs, and excellent weak-light and PID resistance performance. Bifacial design adds up to 30% rear-side power gain.

TOPCon Residential — RSM108-11-490-515NDG (N-Type 490–515W)

The residential TOPCon series delivers 23.2% module efficiency in a compact 1961×1134×30mm format (27.0kg), making it ideal for rooftop installations. Available in all-black and black frame options for aesthetic integration into residential buildings. N-type TOPCon technology provides better temperature coefficient (−0.29%/°C), higher bifaciality, and lower LID/LeTID compared to P-type PERC — generating more energy over the 30-year project lifetime. The 108-cell (6×9+6×9) half-cut configuration reduces resistive losses and improves shade tolerance.

Titan Series — RSM132-8-650-670BMDG (PERC 650–670W)

The Titan series uses monocrystalline PERC cells with SMBB, NDS, and MBB technologies in a 132-cell (6×11+6×11) half-cut configuration, delivering 21.6% module efficiency at 670W. Available in both mono-facial and bifacial variants with aluminium or high-strength alloy steel frames. The steel frame option offers greater tear resistance, better corrosion resistance, lower carbon emissions, and lower energy consumption. Certified for 2,400 Pa wind load and 5,400 Pa snow load, with 12-year product warranty and 25-year linear power warranty.
