HOT 3.0 TOPCon
The JKM710-735N is built on JinkoSolar's HOT 3.0 (High-efficiency n-type with Optimised Technology) platform using Tunnel Oxide Passivating Contacts (TOPCon). TOPCon cells achieve higher open-circuit voltage through superior surface passivation, reducing recombination losses at the cell contacts. Combined with N-type silicon, the result is lower LID/LeTID degradation, better low-light performance, and a first-year degradation of ≤ 1% with annual degradation of ≤ 0.40% — guaranteeing ≥ 87.4% of rated power at year 30.
Up to 23.66% Efficiency
The 735W variant achieves 23.66% module efficiency — enabled by Super Multi-Busbar (SMBB) cell interconnection with ultra-thin wires that improve light trapping and current collection across the full 2384 × 1303mm module surface. The 132-cell (66×2 half-cut) configuration reduces resistive losses and improves shade tolerance. Under BNPI conditions (front 1,000 W/m² + rear 135 W/m²), the module delivers up to 810W — demonstrating the significant bifacial gain achievable in real-world installations.
Dual Glass BDV
The BDV (Bifacial Dual-glass Vertical) construction uses 2.0mm anti-reflection coated front glass and 2.0mm heat-strengthened rear glass, replacing the conventional back sheet. This eliminates moisture ingress through the back surface, provides superior fire resistance (IEC Fire Type Class C), and extends module design life beyond 30 years. The dual glass structure also enables the bifacial cell to capture rear-side irradiance with bifaciality coefficients of φVoc 98±5%, φIsc 80±5%, and φPmax 80±5%.
5,400 Pa Certified
The module is certified to withstand 5,400 Pa front-side and 2,400 Pa rear-side static test loads — exceeding standard requirements for high-wind and heavy-snow regions. JinkoSolar's optimised cell production technology and material control minimise the chance of degradation caused by Potential Induced Degradation (PID) phenomena, ensuring long-term performance in high-voltage string configurations. Certified to IEC61701 (salt mist), IEC62716 (ammonia resistance), IEC60068 (environmental testing), and IEC62804 (PID testing).
