The 48-cell N-type monocrystalline bifacial configuration with 16 ultra-thin wires (Z16) delivers up to 21.0% module efficiency at 460W. N-type cells provide inherently lower light-induced degradation (LID) and better performance at elevated temperatures (Pmax coefficient −0.29%/°C) compared to P-type PERC.
