B-Type Curved Glass
The DHN-48Z16-DG-FS features a B-type curved glass structure where both the front and rear tempered glass panels are precision-bent to a consistent radius of curvature. This allows the module to conform to curved rooftops, barrel vaults, carport canopies, and architectural facades without the mechanical stress or efficiency loss associated with flexible thin-film alternatives. The double glass (DG) construction eliminates the need for a back sheet, providing superior moisture resistance and a design life exceeding 30 years.
Full-Screen Frameless
The full-screen (FS) frameless design removes the conventional aluminium frame, presenting a seamless all-glass surface that integrates naturally into modern building envelopes. The absence of a frame eliminates potential corrosion points, reduces soiling accumulation at the edges, and allows the module to be installed flush with surrounding surfaces. The clean aesthetic makes the DHN-48Z16-DG-FS the preferred choice for architects and building owners who require solar generation without compromising visual design.
N-Type 16-Wire
The 48-cell N-type monocrystalline bifacial configuration with 16 ultra-thin wires (Z16) delivers up to 21.0% module efficiency at 460W. N-type cells provide inherently lower light-induced degradation (LID) and better performance at elevated temperatures (Pmax coefficient −0.29%/°C) compared to P-type PERC. The bifacial design captures rear-side reflected irradiance, adding 5–15% additional energy yield in suitable installations — particularly effective on curved surfaces that naturally redirect light toward the module rear.

The DHN-48Z16-DG-FS is purpose-built for building-integrated photovoltaics (BIPV) applications: curved rooftops, skylights, canopies, carports, and facade cladding. The frameless double glass construction meets building material standards for structural glazing, and the module can serve as both a weather barrier and a power generator — replacing conventional roofing or cladding materials.
