Liquid Cooling — Cell Temperature Difference Within 3°C

Liquid cooling provides a higher heat transfer coefficient than air cooling, removing heat more quickly and efficiently. The variable-frequency compressor adjusts operating status based on real-time temperature, reducing auxiliary power consumption. Compared to air cooling, liquid cooling reduces battery cell temperature difference by 200%, keeping the spread within 3°C across all cells — extending battery service life and enhancing safety throughout the system lifetime.

Higher Density — 5.015 MWh in a Standard 20ft Container

The 20HCL5MJ model packs 5,015 kWh (416s12p configuration) into a single 20ft container (6,058 × 2,438 × 2,896 mm), achieving the highest energy density in its class and lowering the cost per kWh. The 20HCL4MJ model offers 3,993 kWh (416s10p) in the same footprint. Both models operate at a nominal voltage of 1,331.2V with a 1,164.8–1,497.6V operating range, compatible with utility-scale PCS systems.

The container achieves IP55 protection with individual battery PACKs rated IP65, combined with C4 anti-corrosion treatment for deployment in coastal, industrial, and harsh outdoor environments. The system operates across a wide ambient temperature range of −30°C to +55°C for both charge and discharge, making it suitable for power generation side, grid side, and C&I ESS applications worldwide.

System efficiency reaches 95.2% at 0.25P and 93.8% at 0.5P. CAN, RS485, and TCP/IP communication interfaces enable seamless integration with SCADA, EMS, and cloud monitoring platforms.
