Ultimate Safety — Semi-Solid LFP Cells

The AU-HVE-2.5MW/5MWh-G1 uses semi-solid LFP cells with multi-layer protection and high-density temperature monitoring across the entire battery array. The fire protection system combines temperature detection, smoke detection, and combustible gas detection with a multi-level aerosol suppression system (thermally activated) plus a ventilation-based suppression system — providing comprehensive protection at every stage of a thermal event.

High Efficiency — Independent Dual-Circuit Liquid Cooling

Independent dual-circuit liquid cooling with intelligent temperature control maintains optimal cell operating conditions across the full ambient range of −30°C to +55°C. Combined with a string-type PCS and fully active equalization BMS, the system achieves maximum AC efficiency of 90% and ensures uniform cell ageing across all 12P416S battery strings — extending calendar life and maximising usable energy throughput over the system lifetime.

The 1500V DC high-voltage platform (nominal 1331.2 Vdc, range 1123.2–1497.6 Vdc) enables an AC/DC integrated compact layout that reduces footprint by over 30% compared to traditional solutions. The single 20ft container (6058 × 2438 × 2896 mm, 43,000 kg) houses 5,015.9 kWh of rated energy and 2,508 kW of rated AC power — delivering the highest energy density in its class.

Full-Scenario Adaptation — −30°C to 55°C, 4000m Altitude

Designed for the most demanding deployment environments, the G1 operates across a wide temperature range of −30°C to +55°C and at altitudes up to 4,000 m (with derating above 2,000 m). IP67-rated battery modules inside an IP55 container, combined with Ethernet and RS485 communication, ensure reliable operation in coastal, desert, high-altitude, and extreme-cold applications worldwide.
